Distinguished Israeli expert on economy and diplomacy, Jacob Fass, delivered a lecture today on “How to promote economic relations of a country”, organised by the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.


MFA Poposki had several talks and exchanged standpoints with MEPs and diplomats of the EU member-states and the European foreign policy service. The discussions referred to the annual progress report for the criteria pursuant to which Macedonia is assessed in view of its EU integration.

Today Foreign Minister of Republic of Macedonia, Nikola Poposki, received newly appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Republic of Macedonia resident in Tirana, Talat Salem Radwan who presented the copies of the letters of credence.

Today Foreign Minister of Republic of Macedonia, Nikola Poposki, received the letters of credence of the newly appointed Ambassador of the United Mexican States to Republic of Macedonia, resident in Belgrade, Hose Evaristo Ramon Xilotl Ramirez.


On 25th March in Pristina Foreign Minister Nikola Poposki and Minister of Transport and Communications Mile Janakieski took participation at the Ministerial Conference on Western Balkan “Better Connectivity – strong and key transport network”. The conference was attended by the Commissioner on Neighbourly Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn and Commissioner on Transport, Violeta Bulc.

On 20 April, 2015, DMFA Dragana Kiprijanovska and representatives of the Directorate for economic diplomacy received students of postgraduate studies in corporate law at the Faculty of Law “Justinian I”, the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius, Skopje, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.


Within the frames of the official visit Minister Poposki was hosted by president of Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan and addressed the Direction of Turks abroad.

At the invitation of the MFA of Republic of Turkey, Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, MFA of Republic of Macedonia, Nikola Poposki paid an official visit to Republic of Turkey.



Today Deputy MFA of Republic of Macedonia, Dragana Kiprijanovska, met Mr. Bruno Macaes, State Secretary on Foreign Affairs within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Portugal.

Today State Secretary Mrs. Elena Kuzmanovska together with the State Secretary for European Integration and Chief Mediator between EU and Montenegro, Mrs. Aleksandar Andrija Pejovikj opened the first meeting of the Joint Committee within the frames of the Agreement for Cooperation between the Governments of Republic of Macedonia and Montenegro in line of the EU accession.
