At the meeting, interlocutors reaffirmed the friendship between the two countries which is reflected in the rich economic cooperation, intensive multi-level political dialogue and enhanced security and defence cooperation.

Minister Dimitrov thanked for the ratification of the NATO Accession Protocol in the British Parliament and for the overall commitment of the United Kingdom to support our country in this integration period.

Minister of State, Pincher, congratulated the country on its success in the past period and welcomed it to the NATO family. He emphasised that North Macedonia can continue to count on the support of the UK, because although the latter is on its way out of the EU, it will still be a part of Europe and will remain strongly committed to developing bilateral relations with each of the European countries, especially the Western Balkans countries.
