Media Accreditation


This Guideline contains information for representatives of the media who wish to attend the CEI Ministerial meeting, to be held in Ohrid, Macedonia on 15 June 2015.

Every media representative will have to be accredited. Presence and movement through the premises where the Ministerial meeting will take place will be dependent on having a clearly presented media badge.


Accreditation may be requested by filling the MEDIA ACCREDITATION FORM.


Submit your Accreditation Form to: [email protected] no later than 11.06.2015.


The accreditations will be distributed before the beginning of the event.



There will be a press room for the media workers. The facility will be equipped with computers, printer and copy machine and full wireless internet connection.

The Presidency can facilitate scheduling statements, short interviews etc. with all interested parties.

Temporary Media Accreditation

Media representatives who are not accredited for work in the Republic of Macedonia will receive a Temporary Media Accreditation, on which the accreditation for the CEI Ministerial is based.

This media accreditation will be valid for two weeks for work anywhere in the Republic of Macedonia, starting from the moment of registration.


In order to obtain temporary accreditation the following documents are required:

  • Filled Application Form
  • Letter written on official letterhead from the Employer of the media representative explaining the objective of the visit, (e.g. CEI Ministerial Meeting, etc.)
  • Photograph in electronic format
  • Copy of the passport
  • Contact information
