FINAL PREPARATORY TALKS OF AMBASSADOR DESIGNATE AT MACEDONIAN MISSION TO NATO, MARTIN TRENEVSKI Skopje, 28 July 2010 year The Ambassador Designate of the Republic of Macedonia at the Permanent Mission to NATO, Martin Trenevski, had today his final preparatory talks before assuming his office with the Senior Staff at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Macedonia.
Ambassador Designate Trenevski underlined the importance to the Republic of Macedonia of progressing in the Euro-Atlantic integration process. He also elaborated upon areas on which the priority activities would be focused during his tenure, particularly emphasising the need to continuously maintain the dynamic intensity of activities and contacts pursued in attaining and relevantly representing the highest national interests. In this regard, Ambassador Designate Trenevski stated that his efforts would be centred on getting an early NATO membership invitation for the Republic of Macedonia.
In his final considerations, Minister Milošoski concluded that Ambassador Designate Trenevski is assuming office in an exceptionally important moment for the Euro-Atlantic integration of the Republic of Macedonia and wished Ambassador Designate Trenevski success in his diplomatic mission in Brussels. |
