The III Meeting of Political Directors of Southeast European Cooperation Process (SEECP) participating countries was held on 24 April, 2013, in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the premises of the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC). The RCC Secretary General, Mr. Goran Svilanovic and a representative of the European Union attended the meeting as well.

The meetings have come as part of the activities aimed at promoting the candidacy of the Republic of Macedonia for membership of the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC) in the period between 2014 and 2016.
